LaserPro cloud

Commercial Doc Prep

Commercial Doc Prep closes the gap for many migration deals we had to originally disqualify. The availability of Doc Prep means that cloud can now document Commercial Closing transactions from either the Commercial Closing or Commercial Doc prep modules. Why it matters? with the addition of doc prep, migrators can now recall their Commercial Doc Prep transactions in the cloud.

Flood reports

We will be adding support for 5 flood vendors: Corelogic, DataVerify, FloodPlain, ServiceLInk and AFR (American Flood Research).

LaserPro On Premise

MortgagebotLOS import

We have customers raising concern the documents created through DocMagic are not as good as the documents created by LaserPro. By creating the import, we offer our customers the opportunity to create their documents using LaserPro. The initial import will be for Consumer portfolio loans, and we will build out from there.

DecisionPro 23.2 + 24.1

DecisionPro version 23.2 includes several enhancements and issue corrections. The most significant enhancement is a substantial increase in the Automatic Payment and Account Holder datapoints that can be collected in DecisionPro and exported to LaserPro. Previously, only a few datapoints for automatic payments existed in DecisionPro and could be exported to LaserPro, and the remaining fields had to be manually keyed in LaserPro. Version 23.2 also includes support for email authentication to an SMTP server.

DecisionPro version 24.1 will include further parity between the browser and client modules and early development of the 1071 Small Business Data Collection requirements.

CreditQuest

Mark your calendars for June 28 because our next release, version 24.1, is packed with exciting changes you said we need, and we are doing to enhance the user experiences across the board.

Imagine simplified navigation training: click on a module, add information, save, and voilà! You’re right back to completing the next task in the credit memo.
  • Fresh Color Schemes: We’re giving all modules a facelift! Expect color schemes that closely match Finastra’s brand identity. A cohesive and visually appealing experience awaits.

LaserPro

Flexible document language allows our customers to replace the standard language in LaserPro paragraphs with custom language. This enhancement enables customers to save time, reduce errors, and streamline the documentation process.

DecisionPro

Version 23.1 includes an enhancement that provides the option to calculate a ‘stressed’ DTI (debt to income) for credit policy purposes. This enhancement was widely requested by our client base. When decisioning a loan, a FI may want to use a higher (stressed) interest rate for the current loan to determine if a customer would still qualify with a higher DTI. Previously, this had to be done manually and then undone before loan documents were produced. With this enhancement, the stressed DTI is automatically calculated and incorporated into their credit policy used for decisioning the loan. The applicable interest rate is retained and exported to LaserPro.

Mortgagebot – Loanbeam Tax

Leverage cutting-edge extraction technology to convert tax documents into self-employed income calculations and underlying data points consumable in your loan onboarding workflow. Automating self-employed income assessment focuses underwriters on the work that requires their detailed analysis and reduces the learning curve for new staff. As a result, borrower can be qualified more quickly and given a better customer experience.

CreditQuest

Several new enhancements to CreditQuest include: third-party API services; prioritized behind-the-scenes user and system security protocol; enhanced administrative functionality improvements; initial deployment of Small Business Data Collection Tool (DFA 1071 solution); refractory work to allow it to fully function in both Chrome and Edge.

Originate Mortgagebot

Now features a pipeline view that will revolutionize the way you manage applications in the system. With this new feature, you’ll be able to see applications that used to show in search mortgage in an organized and easy-to-use responsive interface that looks and feels like the new MortgagebotLOS, making it easier to stay on top of your applications and be more efficient on any tablet or computer. This feature also sets the product up for many exciting enhancements to come that will continue to make users more efficient within the system. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to take your productivity to the next level.

LaserPro Conductor

We have recently implemented the “Checklists” feature in LaserPro Conductor. Administrators can create checklists within Total Lending’s Configuration Portal to meet quality standards whether by Role or by a Loan Product. Users can then access the checklists from Conductor within the new “Checklists” tab. This new feature not only improves loan package quality but also keeps the completed checklist with the transaction. Note: release notes are also available under the Conductor Help menu.
