Educate Girls

Finastra established its partnership with Educate Girls in 2018 to support their work in rural communities in India to get young girls into school and retained there. Gender equality is a priority for Finastra and our work with Educate Girls helps us to create opportunity and prosperity for girls and women in India through the provision of an education, which is the key to unlock their potential.

About

India has the highest number of out-of-school girls and the highest rate of illiterate women in the world. Our work with Educate Girls helps to support their program in Alirajpur, where together we aim to get 10,000 girls into school and improve learning outcomes for over 60,000 children over the five-year commitment we have made.
