As a Customer Success Executive, Barry is focused on driving customer satisfaction, retention, and success for your business. He leverages his deep understanding of the banking and financial services industry to deliver exceptional value to clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through tailored solutions and proactive support.
Barry has extensive banking and financial services industry experience across the financial markets community in the Pacific region, most recently as Customer Success Director, for Refinitiv (London Stock Exchange Group) for 11 years, where he was part of the Global Customer Success Organisation, servicing clients in the Banking sector, whilst being a member of its Asia and Pacific Leadership teams.
Prior to this, Barry was a Financial Markets Trader for Westpac Banking Corporation, in Sydney, on the Foreign Exchange Options desk for 12 years.
His entire career has been aligned with the Australian Banking Sector.
Barry is an Executive Committee Member for the Financial Markets Association (ACI Australia), who conduct education and training for Financial Markets participants in the region, whilst also acting as an advisory body for the industry.
