Heather’s work at BwB focuses on creating innovative financial solutions and structures around nature and biodiversity as well as gender. This has covered the full spectrum of KPI, sustainability-linked and thematic instruments in markets such as Zambia, Rwanda, Cambodia, Nepal, the Philippines and Mongolia, as well as fund structuring on investment themes such as landscape restoration and drought resilience. Her 25+ year career started at the Canadian International Development Agency and the International Finance Corporation, followed by over 15 years in the City across Lehman Brother/Nomura, Barclays and the Royal Bank of Canada.
