Juan leads Financial Services for Microsoft Singapore and is responsible for driving strategy, market growth and customer engagement across banking, insurance and capital markets.

Juan brings over 20 years of experience in building high performing teams and leading digital transformation across the US, Europe, and APAC.

His expertise is focused on banking infrastructure, core systems modernization, open banking, platform operating models and cloud adoption in Financial Services.

Prior to Microsoft, he held sales, consulting and management roles in Accenture, EY and IBM, and brings expertise from his previous projects in the export and education sectors.

Juan is originally from Spain and studied Mathematics at the University of Granada.
