Ken Cresser

Ken is the Regional Head of Services in the Americas for Finastra Lending, a position held since 2016. In this role, he oversees service delivery and client satisfaction across the region, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Prior to that, he was senior manager in the Loan IQ development team, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the products capabilities.

Before joining Finastra, Ken served as VP of Professional Services for a consulting company, leading a team of experts in delivering high-quality solutions to FinTech clients.

Ken’s career also includes experience as an independent software consultant, multiple roles at Morgan Stanley, and work as an engineer in the aerospace industry.
