Kristen Lista

Kristen brings over 25 years of extensive experience in U.S. banking, spanning consumer, mortgage, commercial, and corporate lending. She has held senior leadership and consulting positions, driving business and product transformation in financial institutions of all sizes.

In her most recent role, Kristen served as a Digital Lending Transformation Strategy Consultant at a top-tier bank. She specialized in developing end-to-end digital lending strategies for Commercial Banking and Corporate Investment Banking, leveraging market research, competitive benchmarking, and client insights. Kristen collaborated with business and digital product stakeholders to envision and implement future-focused lending solutions.

At Finastra, Kristen is responsible for global product strategy for LIQ and bilateral lending product initiatives, such as Simplified Servicing. She operates out of the Lake Mary, Florida office and resides in Tampa.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys boating, traveling, Pilates, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She lives in Tampa, Florida with her husband Ray and their puppy Stella.
