Mike Fowdy is a member of Finastra's Product Legal team, which monitors federal and state legislative and regulatory developments and delivers compliance requirements to Finastra's lending and deposit solutions. Mike joined Finastra and its predecessors in August 2015 and previously held roles in financial services for over seven years. Prior to joining Finastra, Mike served as an attorney in private practice at a creditors’ rights firm.
Mike received his Juris Doctorate from University of Wisconsin Law School, where he graduated cum laude, and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison. Mike has been a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin since 2007 and is a member of the American Bar Association.
