He takes pride in building trust-based relationships with senior executives while counselling, negotiating and building consensus with them. He finds energy in building and leading diverse teams.
Before McKinsey, he was an investment banker and executed M&A and private equity fundraising transactions in technology sector. He holds an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a bachelor's degree in computer science.
