As a Finastra Payment lead, Srideep challenges leaders in financial institutions with horizon scanning of upcoming payment changes and helps them to improve operational resilience. He has spent the last +18 years in the enterprise software business enabling organizations to reduce risk and improve customer experience. Beyond work Srideep works with Paddington Development Trust on youth development, and is passionate about diversity as a corporate asset.
