Integration across Filogix Expert, Expert Plus and Expert Pro guarantees seamless experience regardless of platform
Toronto - July 6, 2021 – Filogix, a Finastra company, announced that Filogix Expert Plus and Filogix Expert Pro, the recently launched digital cloud-based point-of-sale mortgage solutions, are now fully synced to Filogix Expert. This ensures the mortgage data captured in the new digital platforms is available to support established administrative functions.

Expert, Expert Plus and Expert Pro are the leading solutions for Canadian mortgage origination, enabling Mortgage Professionals to secure terms, conditions and funding approval from multiple lenders rapidly and efficiently. With this update, mortgage applications created through Expert Plus and Expert Pro are replicated into Expert, allowing the deals managed via the new digital channels to be available in the back-end Expert database, supporting payroll, compliance and reporting.
Filogix Expert Plus and Filogix Expert Pro were launched in February 2021 to digitize the full end-to-end mortgage process. Both solutions are built on the cloud-based point-of-sale mortgage capabilities obtained through the acquisition of Doorr. Filogix Expert Plus is available for free to Canadian mortgage professionals, while Filogix Expert Pro integrates additional value-added services at a fee.
